Eucharistic Ministry is the way of extending the celebration of Communion within our regular worship services to those in our community who are not able to physically be with us. Trained lay members of the congregation are connected with individuals and households to bring them these gifts of God’s grace once a month. This often includes the sharing of Scripture, prayer, reflection, and conversation to help keep our community connected within the wider fabric of our congregation. We pray for and remember this ministry on the first Sunday of the month during both worship services.
If you’re interested in learning more about this ministry, either as one of those who brings Communion or for someone who would like to receive it, please email Pastor Ed or call the church office at 410-252-3768.
