Ed KayPastor
The Rev. Dr. Edward N. Kay hails from the Lutherville-Timonium area, and began serving as the pastor of St. Paul’s in August of 2015. He is a local graduate of Dulaney High School, and received his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. His Masters of Divinity was awarded by the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia in 2007, and in 2016 he received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN.

Pastor Ed resides in Timonium with his children, Abigail and Nora, and their greyhound rescue, Jess, and cat, Hobbs. When he’s not in and around the church or spending time with the St. Paul’s Preschool children, you can find him on Monday afternoons at the Timonium Panera Bread for Public Office Hours. For rest, renewal, and fun, you will find him at the local health club running, lifting, or in a yoga class, or out camping & hiking in God’s creation… or wherever his kids want to go ;-)

Hi there! I’m Stefanie Rudo and here’s a bit about myself. I’m one of those…a life-long Baltimorean that hasn’t ventured too far from home. I’m grateful that my life-long ties to the Early Childhood community in Baltimore have given me the opportunity to build long lasting and enriching relationships with many; in addition to providing me with a solid foundation in order to help create inclusive, nurturing and respectful environments.
I believe children learn through play, by being given the opportunity to make sense of the world by exploring a rich sensory environment filled with different sights, sounds, textures, sensations, and materials. Children should be free to discover and develop all bodily powers with room to grow safely, while each child’s unique qualities and potential are nurtured individually, giving them confidence to be ready to step out in to the world. A child will deeply connect with others in a respectful, caring and inclusive community, helping that child form relationships that foster a sense of joy, security and trust.
I am genuinely looking forward to working together, as partners, to instill the love of learning in our children.
