Hi there! I’m Stefanie Rudo and here’s a bit about myself. I’m one of those…a life-long Baltimorean that hasn’t ventured too far from home. I’m grateful that my life-long ties to the Early Childhood community in Baltimore have given me the opportunity to build long lasting and enriching relationships with many; in addition to providing me with a solid foundation in order to help create inclusive, nurturing and respectful environments.
I believe children learn through play, by being given the opportunity to make sense of the world by exploring a rich sensory environment filled with different sights, sounds, textures, sensations, and materials. Children should be free to discover and develop all bodily powers with room to grow safely, while each child’s unique qualities and potential are nurtured individually, giving them confidence to be ready to step out in to the world. A child will deeply connect with others in a respectful, caring and inclusive community, helping that child form relationships that foster a sense of joy, security and trust.
I am genuinely looking forward to working together, as partners, to instill the love of learning in our children.
